Restaurant bewertenI had a negative experience with customer service at a coffee shop. My wife's latte spilled on my hand because of a damaged mug. When I asked for a new mug, the server was apologetic and helpful. However, the manager accused me of breaking the mug and abruptly ended the conversation. As we were leaving, the manager attempted to take our picture without permission.
I have been visiting this restaurant for years now, and I have always experienced poor energy and customer service. If you are looking for bland tea and subpar service, then this is the place for you. The coffee is overpriced and the staff are not properly trained.
I visit this restaurant weekly to buy my tea. They offer a wide variety of loose leaf tea blends and coffees from around the world. I highly recommend this place over the big chain coffee shops.
The customer service leaves much to wish, but the coffee is good?
Rudest employee taking the coffee orders. Very abrupt, and not kind in the slightest. Also, very dirty in there. I felt grubby ordering there. Fruit flies etc flying around. I canceled my order and went elsewhere. Looked promising but awful first experience and I won’t be back.
