Moe's Southwest Grill - Clemson

Food was ok. Smaller portions. Service was not great. Place was dirty. Went to use bathroom after we ate. Place had cockroaches running across walls in ladies room. Had cockroaches running around trash receptacle. They need to clean and spray. Will not be back ever. Gross.

Waited over 3 minutes before being acknowledged ...at this time there was 1 customer at the register and me with several associates working in the vicinity. Not once did anyone say anything to me until a different worker came from the back who started my order. Once my order was finally started, the process went smoothly. On a side note, was nice to notice the tip prompt removed from the pin pad. I don't have a problem with them having a tip jar for cash but with the prompt at a fast food restaurant it feels more pressured to add a tip or create an awkward moment when I don't feel the desire (like today). As with all other times I've been to Moe's, the food was quite good and met the standards I expected.

The food here is good however at this location they often don't have food ready at pick up times or don't send all of your order if you door dash. Today, one meal was missing entirely and only half of the other 2 meals were sent. Posting because this a repetitive issue. Hopefully management will get it corrected.

The food is delicious. Definitely recommend. Only one of the staff members working had a clue about anything and everyone else looked to him for guidance in putting together the food. He did a great job. The inside of the restaurant is small and unappealing.

Chips all over floor, serving counters had spilled food, drink machine had splittered food and dust down the side that looked like it had been there for months... looked nasty. I am almost afraid to eat my take out. My first time in and probably my last. Seneca SC
