Restaurant bewertenWe will definitely be returning for more. I was craving pasta and when I looked up local bistros on my phone, Brioso was the top choice, so we decided to give it a try. It's more of a Deli/Bistro setup, where you order and pay for your food at the counter and then seat yourself. I was a bit put off by the confusing way the menu is organized - you choose your pasta for a certain price, and then you have to pay extra for the sauce. Regardless, all dishes are priced at least $10 and there are no lunch specials. However, they do provide a never-ending basket of fresh bread with a delicious herb-infused olive oil dip, and the food is prepared fresh right in the kitchen behind the counter. They offer a variety of freshly made pastas, but be warned, they may run out of options by noon. Unfortunately, the three ravioli dishes I wanted to try were sold out, but the black truffle pasta and the four cheerful samplers I ended up choosing were quite tasty. The sauces are made to order and the dishes come out piping hot. Our server, Chip, was attentive and made sure our drinks never went empty and that the bread basket was always filled - he even packed up a few drinks for us to go, which we appreciated. One thing to note is that it's cash only for tipping, so be sure to bring some bills with you. I didn't realize this at the beginning of the meal and didn't feel comfortable tipping for service I hadn't received yet, but I will know for next time. Overall, a big thanks to the wonderful staff at Brioso!
Great restaurant! The food is both fast and delicious, and the staff is friendly. Don't miss out on trying the Tiramisu.
Good food. The food in Brioso is great. You have to order the right thing or you won't be full! I like the lasagna!
Fresh pasta. Order at the switch after a long check of the menu. So many options I wanted to try. After the order we received a pepper mill, choose a table and the food you will find. Service was very good. Get our beverage orders quickly and many refills. Bread was delivered to the table and there was some diving oil on the table. Asked for some bread and another bread was delivered. Linguini ordered, but Spaghetti Pasta. Instead of sending back, eat the spaghetti. The pasta was good and enjoyed the freshly made sauce. For the price you get a pretty good meal.
Yummy!. I have been to Brioso no less than ten times. I've been pleased by my meal and the service every time. My favorite is the sausage ravioli, but I've liked everything that I've tried so far.
