My husband and I went to this restaurant to grab a quick meal. We brought our kids along and ordered a $40 value dinner. Unfortunately, they forgot some items from our order. The line was long and slow at 7:30 pm, which meant I had to go back through the drive-thru to get the missing items. By the time we received everything, the food was cold. It was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend returning. I would rather grab something from a nearby convenience store.

Almost everything went wrong initially, but when it was replaced, it still wasn't right. It took a long time to get our order and when we finally received it, half of the food was cold while the other half was hot. This was the worst experience I've ever had at McDonald's, however, the staff was friendly and we remained polite throughout.
