Restaurant bewertenOnly 4 stars because of the wait time. Wait time in the drive thru was around 20 minutes before getting to order. Maybe theyre understaffed. That said, our food was fresh, hot, and they took our pickle allergy very seriously. I wish I had gotten the name of our order taker. She had short hair, braces, overalls, and was very nice! She made sure to notify the staff of an allergy, and told us that the cooks should have switched out their gloves before making our food. (My mother and I are deathly allergic to all melons and cucumbers, so this isn 't a mere We don 't like pickles situation. We ate our food totally without incident, so we are really appreciative that the staff took us seriously!
Very rude and will never be back. I would rather drive to Wilma Rudolph where the workers are very nice. You don't have to worry about me coming back to the ft. Campbell boulevard one.
THIS Wendy's SUCKS!! fries was fresh but the burger was cool/ warm.. we were in a rush on lunch break an it was the only one that didn't have a line in drive thru. We called an complain about the food , and the weird manager said to come back an they will redo the orders ,well we were press for time! So the weird manager said bring receipts so we did an they claim that no Manager never said come back with receipts. So our last time going to thus one. If u could give no stars it would be just that.
I literally just came through drive thru, ordered and left. Once I get home and get ready to eat, I discover that every single thing I got is definitely not fully cooked!! Fries literally still frozen, like are you kidding me?! 3 meals and 22 bucks wasted.... this location never gets it right!!!
Wendy's is a great place to eat and I know they do their best but sometimes you run in to unfriendly staff but they watch and weed them out. Love the double burgers and frostys.Food: 5/5
