Krystal - Clarksville

I had a major issue with my DoorDash order! I called the restaurant, and Na Na assured me that they had my Krystals and promised to make sure my chili cheese pups were correct. I had to arrange a ride to pick them up, but at least I didn't have to go without my chili cheese pups. Seriously, though—who forgets the Krystals?

I witnessed something quite surprising at the restaurant: an employee was yelling because a customer had placed a separate order and couldn't keep up with the rush during lunchtime. Honestly, I would have missed my entire meal if my son hadn't reminded me to check the bags. While the employee wasn't rude to me, she was definitely unprofessional towards that customer, even getting upset over him wanting to keep only the drink he ordered. I'm not sure if she was simply overwhelmed or just wanted to get rid of him, but it was an uncomfortable situation.

I had a fantastic experience today. A woman named April greeted me warmly and took our order with a genuine smile. Each time I approached her, she engaged in friendly conversation, making the experience even more enjoyable. She would make an excellent manager!

The service was fast and friendly, even though it was busy. The wings I ordered were fresh, crispy, and had just the right amount of heat. The chili cheese rolls were soft and beautifully crafted.
