Waves Pizza - Clair Shores

The food here is delicious and the portions are huge! We were served with 5 hot bread rolls straight away. The Havana onion soup and Cuban black bean soup are phenomenal. The salads are large and filling and the chicken quesadilla is one of the best I’ve ever had. The second time I came to Waves I tried their seafood paella. I wasn’t expecting such a huge dish filled with rice, shrimp, mussels, and crab! The crab legs were quite difficult to crack open since they were already soft, so it took quite a while to get the meat out. Nonetheless, it all tasted fabulous. You have to ask what they have for dessert as they don’t have a dessert menu. While the restaurant is quite noisy, the waiters are very nice and the food is outstanding.

Love this place! Staff is friendly food is great! The shrimp crab dip, blackened grouper reuben, banana bay chicken are great! The sliders are the best around as well! House salad has an asain flair, but is really good!

Ordered the Mahi-Mahi and it was delicious. Server was extremely friendly and food came out quickly. I would definitely visit again if I’m in the area.

Haven't been in years... Food is still excellent, hostess and waitress were very nice and peaceful atmosphere!
