Today we met Alex and Andrea, the owners of the 502 Coffee shop. We had not planned this visit, so it was a complete surprise and a very special experience. Their families are small coffee producers from 3 to 4 generations. Alex is passionate and opened this place to make the public know the coffee of Antigua, which is one of the best in Guatemala (and according to me in the world). We ordered two Cappuccinos. In addition to being one of the best coffees we had tried, the experience was very special, because Alex explained to us the secrets of preparing a good coffee, the type of machine, the proportion of coffee and water, the time... At heart we recommend a visit. You can also buy coffee in grain or grind for your home.
