Parrilla Don Hugo

As a tourist in BA, I was told about all the busy, touristy Parrilla’s in Palermo etc. Those didn’t disappoint at all, however, Don Hugo was a hidden gem. Not a single tourist in site, this was the proper Parrilla experience. Luckily one of my...friends spoke a little Spanish and was able to order a wonderful bottle of wine but ordering our steaks was very easy. We both went for the largest, steak and my goodness was it amazing. Cooked to perfection and unbelievably affordable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a local experience.

As good as the fancy parrilla , the chorizo is especially tasty Paired with Malbec is even better Very satisfying Service is quick and very good

Don Hugo is a typical neighborhood parrilla. The meat is always great. It is not fancy at all, but if you want to have great meat, good size portions at a fair price, this is the place to go. Great to meet with family, friends...and even by yourself. The place is kind of small, so you may have to wait a little, but it is worth it.

This is a place frequented by locals, which should tell you all you need to know. It has an energy to it which makes for a great night out. It is not a tourist trap. The service was friendly and efficient. The food mouth watering...and the portions huge. The beer is ice cold and the desert to die for. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Hace muchos años que visito esta parrilla y pienso seguir yendo por muchos años más.Bien de barrio, chica y sin lujos, con atención esmerada, tiene una parrilla de primera en calidad y variedad, donde los platos salen al gusto de los clientes (aplausos para el asador). Tiene opción de medias porciones, lo que te permite probar distintos platos en cada visita.Como me gustaría que hubiera una como esta en cada barrio.Recomendable.
