Restaurant bewertenDidn’t disappoint ! Happy we finally made it a point to come and dine here . Tried to email them to make a reservation but was told there would be no wait ; however , we did have to wait . Luckily not too long . Waitress couldn’t have been sweeter . Our meals were typical diner dishes and were delish . Lumberjack breakfast and cheese burger w/fries Prices were very reasonable . Bill was $35 total . Not bad . Was quite crowded so don’t expect to be able to look around at pics on the walls or linger after you’re done . We were there on a Sunday at noon . Oh restroom sign says out of order but that’s not true . Guess that’s to keep vagrants from using
If you are a Seinfeld fan, you don't need me to tell you that you have to go to Tom's restaurant. Just do it. I spent a couple of hours there, having breakfast and having a couple of zoom calls. The place is nice and the breakfast was ok. It was not the best in the world but hey, you can't have it all. The atmosphere in this place is really nice, you feel like you are inside a Seinfeld episode...(not really). In all seriousness, i like this place. The staff is nice and Louie is a nice guy too. I bought a Tom's Restaurant mug for the second time. The first one broke while changing houses. Not that you need to know all this. Anyway, just go there. Cheers.
Love Seinfeld. Was happy to get in. The wings were too fried, like when the breading is all you bite and the rest is just too oily. No sauce either? The gyro wrap was actually awesome. Warm throughout entire sandwich and a healthy dose of tzaziki sauce. Fries were crispy. Still reasonably priced in NYC
Got a burger for takeout it was delicious. We were passing through on our way to Long island and had to stop (big Seinfeld fans! The guy working there was SO nice and everything was clean and great. Cheesecake for dessert and it was amazing. Had our dog with us otherwise we would have stayed and ate there. Will be back!
Came here with my lovely wife since we are both big fans of the show Seinfeld. FYI: It’s pretty tight quarters. The place is designed to fit as many people as humanly possible so…it’s a little bit like flying coach when you first sit down to eat. Don’t get me wrong, it’s an awesome place but if you’re a big guy like me, be forewarned it might be a little on the cramped side. Service is awesome! Staff is awesome!! Atmosphere was awesome!! Food was okay. I got the double cheeseburger and fries i’d give the burger a 6.5 10 and I’d give the fries a 7.1. Not the best diner burger I’ve ever had but by no means the worst. Definitely above average and a great spot to come in and grab a quick bite. Also got the soup and salad. The vegetable soup was really good actually. I’d give it a solid 8.8 10 The salad was okay. Not a ton of dressings to choose from and no Italian dressing but still not bad. I’d give the salad a solid 7.0. My wife got the chicken fingers and fries. She gave the chicken fingers 7.0 and she also gave the fries 7.1 Jessica was our server and she was the absolute best 10 10 !! A great place to grab a quick bite, have a few laughs with the waitstaff (who were all incredible including Jessica) and enjoy the funny Seinfeld posters hanging on the wall.
