Golden Krust - City of Mount Vernon

Terrible service. I ordered big oxtail with rice and peas and plantain, I was served 5 small oxtail with brown rice without plantain. I was charged $27. I never come back here.

Customer service is terrible! I spent $70 on food for the family only to recognize my carrot juice was old had a slim consistency! I was disgusted called the store back to tell them that I traveled far and I would be glad to send them pictures of videos whatever is necessary. I wanted to talk to the manager they put on my face. The curry goat was also dry. Bad service like a shame!

Clean place, very friendly crews and delicious food. It is a perfect small business . Thank you ? ?

Service is SUPER SLOW and the employees act as if they would do you a favor if you spend your hard earned money

When they start eating... I give them a 10 out of 5 stars... their customer service is my number 2 reason why I go back and forth... Number one reason is, it is the next in taste with Jamaican food.
