Restaurant bewertenService is SUPER SLOW and the employees act as if they would do you a favor if you spend your hard earned money
When they start eating... I give them a 10 out of 5 stars... their customer service is my number 2 reason why I go back and forth... Number one reason is, it is the next in taste with Jamaican food.
I?m a Caribbean woman I?ve ate from my patty shops than I care to remember and this one was a huge disappointment. I ask for what I want politely. It?s bad enough that you have to wait a long time but then when you get to the counter the customer service person is at the least indifferent and unpleasant. Their attitude is sour. Even though you tell them you can?t here what they are saying they make no effort to be clearer or speak louder. Why would management want someone like that representing their business. In the time I was there I saw people ahead of me leave without getting their order. Golden Krust need to invest in more customer service training to encourage repeat and new word of mouth business for example smile; speak up when the customer says they can?t hear you to make yourself understood, look like you?re awake Can you imagine how more money would be made with well trained staff! Then to make it worse all of the several patties I bought were undercooked. The dough was still soft and doughy. I could not eat any of them. I do not recommend this business

Great food and good service. I ordered some hominy porridge and oxtail there recently. The hominy was so good it touched my soul. The oxtail was very good but there was hardly any meat. I just let my husband know I won't be cooking these items for him anymore. Keep up the good work. Great staff, enough people sharing food so there is hardly any wait.
