Restaurant bewertenWe didn't want a buffet style chinese, we wanted it cooked freshly so we chose Orient in China Town. The service was officiant and the staff were polite. The food came out quickly. The food was hot and tasty! Not bad prices considering it's in London! Would definitely come again. They do add a £5 service charge so we didn't leave a tip.
I really miss Cantonese dim sum so much, so I searched on Xiaohongshu and found this highly popular tea restaurant in London's Chinatown. It's not without reason that this restaurant is so popular: there's a wide variety of choices, the taste is excellent, and the prices are affordable. No wonder there's always a line outside during meal times.
The food at this restaurant is truly authentic and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend trying the shrimp dumplings.
I ordered shrimp dumplings, siomai, and barbecued pork buns, all of which were excellent and comparable to authentic Cantonese cuisine! The Thai Style Boneless Chicken Feet were sweet and sour, making for a very appetizing appetizer. The Curry Beef Brisket Pot was delicious with tender beef in a rich curry sauce, a perfect dish to enjoy with rice. The Dry Fried Beef Fillet River had a generous amount of beef in it.
I have been in London for several days and decided to try out this Chinese restaurant in Chinatown with my friends. The food was surprisingly delicious and the atmosphere was excellent!
