Nando's - City of London,Westminster

When entering; the first impression was the little Nando’s. we were not greeted with anyone. I saw a female worker who looked out the window, I went up and asked what I do! I stay here until I'm on a free table or. we find a table and then order at the instinct that it is our first time in this restaurant. I was informed “stand there and I will find you a table”. I was then informed that I was on table 15 to make my order now. after my order I had to go to the restaurant to find free tables and find what was table number 15 as we were not shown on the table. after we wait our table on eating, provided that the manager giovanni come to inform us that they would not be a slender whan ready at the moment it would be another 20 minutes or so, I would have chicken legs instead. after fixing that no chicken without bones prefer therefore why the breast order. we said that we would only wait; but not to bring out other meal times until both were ready all together, he agreed. then my meal came out when we spoke that this was taken back until everything was eating together. the time passed, then both meal together but the half of my order was missing, this was then highlighted to the manager who sorted it out. I have to say that the only good thing that was visiting was how helpful giovanni was to do his best to clarify the situation that many people apologize for his workers who contaminate themselves, attitude and lack of communication not only to us but to most customers. he also gave us a free potion of sweet potato wedges while we waited.

Extremely rude welcome from the manager on Saturday 2nd april midday. I pointed out a finger that I couldn't even say hello and was very annoying when I asked how to order. this nowhere was such a great place with...big people and the least, what a shame.

I was with my family yesterday. regretted when I came in. the person at the reception was extremely rude and insulting and honest did not want to return there again. would not recommend it to anyone, not even a hostile! the thing is that they are not even interested in helping them and are insulting for their face.

I went in this evening to order a take-away but then had to wait for 30 minutes before I got my chicken wrap and fries. I thought this choice was about as straightforward as was possible and even though there were more staff than customers,...the food took an eternity to prepare. I asked the staff member who plonked the take-away bag beside me, Why did this take so long he turned while walking away, shrugged and said I dunno and laughed. You can't teach that kind of customer service he must be a natural fit.
