Extremely slow service. We waited ages for our starter. The for the mains, 3 of the 4 of us were served first, the 4th person had to wait 10 mins for his main. My main was not hot either, luke warm at best. Tip was built into the bill too! Really poor effort all round, cannot recommend.

It was taken off the bill when we complained but shouldn't have been served in the first place. Feels like an unloved outpost of the Benugo empire.
We had a very early lunch so the restaurant was quiet at first. But the food was excellent and the staff friendly and attentive. Great when visiting the Museum of London with children or the Barbican Centre and Theatre. Most enjoyable, will go again when visiting these other venues.
The food was adequate though it was not very hot The service was terribly slow and they wanted to add a service charge what for
