Drinks were good but I found the staff to be so uninterested and rude. What's the point to work in a bar if you asocial? Who hired this people?

Nice decor and a good quality range of cocktails make sure you book to get a table but nevertheless a great place to start your evening

I arrived on my own wondering if there was space inside for 5, my friend were in another place waiting to find out if there was space in ECC . For context it 's Thursday, 18:30 and lots of Christmas parties happening so trying to find a place for 5 is hard in soho at this time. The gentleman at the door was completely unhelpful, did not want to tell me if there was space inside and instead insisted that group fully assemble before answering my question of is there space inside apparently to him you are asking to many questions . Last time i checked ..asking if there is room for guests is a pretty basic question when it comes to bars and restaurants. Now logically.. its easy to answer the question of is there space inside because if he say yes , my friends can assemble (2 minutes away), he can look at us and determine if he wants to let us in (his responsibility I cannot deny), but our chances of getting in is ultimately higher and with a purpose. Howeve, No, The man at the door would rather waste all our time without a definive if there was space. Again Its before Christmas, everything is busy so it 's not nice to move a group of people to a location and waste our time if the man already knows there is no space. Ultimate it came down to if the door man, and how he judged me, ultimately I 'm not going to lie I feel discriminated .. funny how he works in chinatown

The quality of the drinks and service were impeccable. Lovely comfortable setting. Staff friendly and polite as were the clientele. Had to go before the DJ started but appreciated the extra touch.

We loved this place!! We love cocktails and found this bar through some research. It didn’t disappoint. Very famous French cocktail bar. Door is hard to find since it’s speakeasy style. We got there right when it opened to make sure we got a seat, but would recommend reservations. Manon was our server and she was extremely friendly and helpful. Even gave us more recommendations of other bars she thought we would like. Ambiance was great, service fantastic, cocktails superb. Make sure to order one of their custom drinks! No G&T here! Will definitely come back on our next trip to London!
