Wendy's - City of Binghamton

I have been coming to this location and enjoying the food for years. In the past two weeks I have come to the drive thru at 11pm twice. Because the app, google, and the signs all say they are open until 12am. Both times I have sat for 15 mins. I have eventually left in frustration just to see employees inside and their cars parked next to the building. It almost feels like they purposefully don’t answer past 11pm to make it so that they don’t have to do anything for that last hour. Super infuriating. At least have the decency to update your hours if you close early.

Literally every time I order, something is missing! Tonight ordered a apple pecan salad and all that is in my salad is salad! Tried calling 3 times with no answer!

Normally I'd give Wendy's more stars but I just ordered a burger with onion and mustard at the drive thru and was told mustard was discontinued. Bring back the mustard! What are they even thinking?

The workers are very friendly. they inform me about a great $5 box or bag deal. that I did not know and it was a really good offer recommend the service and the food here.

Clean facility, helpful staff and eating came hot and fresh. Food: 5/5
