Menus Upstate - City of Albany

Disrepair, smelly, sketchy property in desperate need of updating. Would not return. We stayed 2 nights and glad to have left soon after. Management needs to overhaul the entire property, landscaping and parking

I bet that this was a nice place in the 1980's. Now it's run down used up. The ice machine was broken. The coffee maker in my room was broken. The parking lot was a mess, including a old stolen grocery cart.

We had reserved this in advance through a third party. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were told that the hotel was overbooked and our room was being canceled since we had not prepaid for the hotel and chose to pay upon arrival. It was late and there were not many other options in the area. Very disappointed at the unorganized and overbooked system. Make sure you call before arriving to make sure they have a room for you.

Really polite and friendly staff, clean place, easy checkin/checkout. One minor complaint breakfast was a little lame (just bagels, toast, tea, coffee). Remember to ask for the wifi at the front desk

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was bagels, toast, coffee and OJ. Next to a really good restaurant called Across The Street Pub. Quiet even with being next to the pub. Shower was big and plenty of hot water. We were in room 137. Extra outside door security was good. Needed key card to get in. My only complaint would be the heater/AC unit in our room was loud. I think it was a good value for the price we paid.
