Domino's Pizza - Circle Pines

A terrible service. order them elsewhere. the supplier josh had come to me three times and he messed up my order and I couldn't eat it. the delivery driver josh had a nasty setting. Night ladder in the night was also not pleasant to treat. I finally gave up and got somewhere else to eat. order them to eat elsewhere when they have food allergies and picky. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars.

The pizza is great. I highly recommend trying her Philly sandwich; it's truly exceptional and worth a taste.

Update (3/24/19): The service is still terrible. I placed an order through the Domino's app, and when I arrived, it said my order was ready for pickup, both in the app and on the store's display. However, my order wasn't ready. The staff appeared overwhelmed and somewhat disorganized. This will definitely be my last visit to this location.

I ordered pizza online, and while I appreciate the pizza tracker for identifying issues, the quality of delivery has declined. My pizza was perfectly cooked and double-checked at 6:01, scheduled for delivery at 6:26, but it didn't arrive until 6:37—35 minutes after it was cooked perfectly. Here are some suggestions for improvement: 1. Implement a late delivery alert on the website, notifying customers before they finalize their payment if there's a delay. 2. Extend this alert for phone orders as well. 3. Offer small rewards for customers who switch their orders to pick up; this could incentivize more people to choose that option. 4. Adjust the timing of food preparation for deliveries to allow drivers enough time to reach their destinations. 5. Hire more delivery drivers to handle increased demand. It would greatly enhance the overall experience if these issues were addressed.

I moved to the area last summer and pizza places are far and few. My first attempt ordering pizza from the Lexington location was terrible. We waited 2 hours only to get a call stating they are too busy to fulfill the order. Fast forward 6 months and my wife and I are home sick and decided to try again out of desperation. Low and behold, our pizza was delivered ahead of schedule, the 2 pizzas were cooked to perfection and the lava cakes were sweet and edible. Only 4 stars due to the initial order fiasco.
