Kfc - Cincinnati

Staff seemed high. Couldn’t repeat our order correctly and what they gave us was cold and incorrect. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Place is horrible. The female running the microphone was extremely rude greeting us and once we began to order she told us they were out of the first time items. That’s cool, I get that. We would order one and she would say “is that all????” We would say “no” we would order something else “is that all????” We would say “no”. Just an absolute horrible place since it’s opened. Get employees who are worth something. Just shut this trash down and build a car wash haha

I went to KFC thinking, Hey, I need something hearty and affordable all while being cost effective. So I went to this location. The service was great! The food ......well, how can I now say that California outshines the Midwest with chicken?! I had 5 tiny little not even nuggets of chicken, and now I 'm sitting here thinking KFC.. who hurt you? Why do you hate me? There used to be so much love, and chicken in these bowls, but now I feel nothing but disdain and hate from you? I need you to make this right and stop treating me like that cousin you 're jealous of. Do better. P.s. My soul is weeping. Where tf is the cheese?! How dare you.... but like -to your credit. Since I am not a monster, I will say there was enough gravy, potatoes, and corn. To whoever made this, I hope your day gets better and that the world treats you better than you have treated me.

I asked for fries and Mac and cheese for a side I got cole slaw and mashed potatoes. And no straw or sauce Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The lady (fake red coloring) running the register was agitated when I asked when original recipe was going to be available. She stated they aren’t cooking any more chicken. Correct me if I’m wrong but I’m fairly sure this is a chicken restaurant. The when ordering my replacement chicken she walked off with an attitude. If the management and ownership cannot make their employees happy enough to work they should pay them more or get rid of the ones that don’t want to be there. Terrible service. No wonder popeyes and canes are running KFC out of business.
