Zappy Pizza - Chula Vista

Ordered a pizza to be delivered through doordash, got the wrong order. Clearly their expo and manager on duty cant send out the right pizza to the right customer. Called to see what they can do about it and they conviniently wash their hands telling us to deal with it through doordash as if the doordash delivery driver is the one that cant put out the right order. After working 15 years in the restaurant industry i can guarantee you its incompetence from the expo and manager, especially if all you do is just push us aside to doordash so you can continue to make business.

I placed a phone order for two pepperoni pizzas. One tasted like it was sitting for a while, stale. I called Zappy and spoke with Karina. I told her the pizza tasted like it was sitting for a while. She told me to call back tomorrow and ask for Joe.? She did not ask me if I wanted another pizza or any solution. I told her that pizza did not taste like a Zappy pizza. I don’t know why the quality of the food decreased or why they would allow a pizza to stay in the warmer for an extended amount of time.

The pizza as always delicious, Mexican pizza is one of my favorites.

This location is on DOOR DASH! Woo woo! And it’s a good thing too, because I am so addicted to their wings! OMG do you remember the 90’s Pizza Hut wings (way before “wing street” ?! Well, THOSE WERE MY FAVORITE WINGS and then they got rid of it. But… THANK YOU ZAPPY! Your wings taste like and are even better than my beloved Pizza Hut wings! I pair your hot wings with your veggie pizza and mmm mmm mmmmmmmmm it’s just the right balance with all the flavors! ZAPPY Pizza uses quality ingredients and I don’t feel gross after eating it! Yay ZAPPY!
