Restaurant bewertenThe restaurant had a cozy atmosphere and a small shop near the counter. The menu was easy to navigate and we were satisfied with our choices. There was a minimum order requirement, which we understood to be either a set meal or a slice of quiche with a drink. The quiche was a bit pricey at 130 TWD per slice, but it was fresh and had delicious flavors. We found the minimum order requirement to be unnecessary in the afternoon, as we had never encountered this in Taiwan before. We tried options a and c from the menu, one of which was vegan and full of nuts and lentils. It didn't quite resemble a traditional quiche, more like a tart, but had a tasty paprika flavor. The other option was a more classic quiche with mushroom, pumpkin, egg, and seeds, which we also enjoyed. The pastry was excellently made.
Located in central Chishang, this charming small restaurant offers a predominantly Western menu featuring a selection of homemade quiches. I tried the vegan stinky tofu quiche, which was surprisingly delicious! The cozy atmosphere is enhanced by bohemian decorations, creating a relaxed vibe. The staff is able to communicate in English and the menu is also available in English. The quality of the dishes justifies the prices, making it a worthwhile dining experience.
