Cantina Marinera - Chipiona

Don't understand why this restaurant is rated so low . It is our favourite in Chipiona , situated in the commercial fishing port . Menu is extensive . Food of great quality and freshness . Very friendly service . We are always amazed when the bill is presented , as in Northern Europe , for the same fare , you would pay the double . This is the restaurant for the Spanish and not many tourists seem to know about it . The restaurant is only open for lunch .

Five Kiwis out for a local meal only found this place by asking a local, lucky we did. The food experience one of the best on our trips along the coasts from France heading south. The price very cheap for what we got. English is not spoken well here but the food makes up for it.

Riquísima la comida, nos atendió Antonio, amable, profesional y muy simpático. Sin duda repetiremos!!

Aunque haya bastantes mesas, debes reservar si no quieres esperar o irte sin poder comer. Los precios normales, pero hay cosas que yo no pediria más: El rejo, regular y caro en mi opinión y las patatas con mayonesa y langostinos por normalito y caro, también en mi opinión. Los chipirones estaban buenísimos

La oferta es bastante amplia y la calidad, en pescados a la plancha es muy buena. Además el personal es muy atento y servicial. Y desde luego al estar en pleno puerto la experiencia es una delicia
