Burger King - Chico

The ice cream cones are basically a kiddie sized cone! Quit being so cheap BK….your a billion dollar company for crying out loud!

The staff was friendly and doing their best despite seeming understaffed most of the time I drive through. It's your average fast food place, so like don't expect fine dining, lol. Some of these comments crack me up.

I am a DoorDash employee, I get the answer that the product is missing in more than one burger king store, the last time I took a customer's order in your store on walnut street in Ca Chico, there are 3 drinks, there is no container to put the drinks. It would be better to close down instead of providing such service.

Bad service staff is rude food was burnt and there is never a manager on the floor when I need to speak to one hard to feel bad for a places that just looks like they don’t

It's not matained and it's no fault to the employees but I order a few items and the fresh were literally cold, only if I grabbed one while my card being charged also they did give me the sauce s that was the main part of my chicken frys but it needs to be major face-lift from 10 to 12 years ago where there would usually be a line for drive through... not sure if they lack cash flow or just don't care ???
