Burger King - Chickasha

Went the other day through the drive-thru and was just going to get a large drink didn’t want to stop at the store because my daughter was asleep in the backseat…there was one person in each lane and after I pulled up I was asked to hold on I waited for over 10 minutes to order!!! Here’s the kicker I didn’t even get to order after I said hello thinking they forgot they rudely replied give me a minute!! They are rude and don’t know what they are doing… the time before this when I went the food was okay but again took forever to order…. This is ridiculous!

I was impressed. The staff was the most impressive part. I saw a person making food that actually seemed to put care and effort into what he was doing. I saw what I assume was a manager help an elderly customer carry his order to his car. I watched a young man getting off his shift stop to help two customers with questions about the mobile app. The store was really clean and the food was fresh. Great job BK of chickasha
