Mcdonald's - Chichester

Dirty tables. No napkins out. Long wait. Too many delivery orders being collected. Terrible traffic management. Under staffed. Why not one star? Because the food was ‘standard’. Nothing good or bad.

Walked in at 8.30pm. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had in a McDonald's and I have been to McDonald's all over the world. We spent over £40 on food and we was made to feel very unwelcomed. Half of the building was closed off as it seemed the staff wanted to leave early,. They clearly didn't want customers eating inside, luckily we found a seat. I did notice a few families turn up but they decided not to come in due to the lack of seats. (Even though half the restaurant was empty) There was no Ketchup and they refused to fill it up. My son was very disappointed after we had already paid. We ordered 3 coffees and we was given NO sugar. I went to grab some sugar, from the counter and got told off like a little school child in front of other customers and staff. Why was sugar not offered to me? This situation could have been avoided. I have never been so embarrassed in my entire life inside a fast food restaurant. We will never be attending this McDonald's ever again!!! Good luck to anyone who attends this McDonald's late at night.

Shocking service cold food 10 times worse sunce refurb long wait ynkess you are feom deliveroo or uber or just eat seems they dont prioritise resteraunt customers or even care you are there rude staff ruder managers the worst customer service in town plus delivery drivers parking across multiple spaces including disabled space both on this day were taken by deluvery drivers

They don’t have milkshakes. They don’t have specials. They don’t have manners. Even when you get food, the order is wrong. If you want something good drive another 20 yards and use the KFC

Had to wait a while and there was no table service. my daughter had to wait, but my granddaughter needed the bath. we left our table and could not get another for one, to the luck took the eating age, so everything came well at the end.
