Restaurant bewertenGood drinks and food, service is a little slow but staff is very friendly!
We met on st. patty’s and have a thing for Irish pubs, so cough and I have visited our fair share (in every city in which we are, provided we have the time-complete corn balls, I admit). whatever said; I have to cover this on the top floor with the best of them - and not just because of the cozy fireplace and dramatic cover and exposed brick (although it easily fits the bill for film set worthy, ultimate pubiniess). we dug out of the freezer and sat next to the kamin; saw several tables their drinks and play, and we quickly reported ourselves with the relaxed mood. the bartenders served on this day warm, dry charm and delicious drinks. my memory is fazy (wine why), but I know that my fave was the snuggler (peppermint snaps, hot chocolate, with fresh impact cream a better boozy hot chocolate I can not remember. we shared a very rich and satisfying sourage roll - the curry sauce did really much for me. I can't remember what Hub has eaten, but I know it has occupied him and kept away from my delicious shepherd's pie (laughs me. Although chicago hasn't been distracting from decent Irish, we will definitely return to this.
Unexpected surprise. we visited chicago for a separate event and we were looking for a lunch. we stumbled at this place and eat and the drinks were fantastic. we had appetizers big enough to share filled mushrooms and the emerald diving all very well. my favorites was the seafood knower it was fantastic! if they happen to be in the opposite, in any case by and have some good food.
Very sweet design and ingenious bartender! fun place to see
