Simply Pasteur - Chicago

The food was excellent. There was a very large group in the restaurant when we were there and they seemed to struggle a bit with service. That said, the food was excellent and we will definitely try it again

An excellent restaurant serving French Vietnamese cuisine. Many great choices on the menu my family has dined here many times, we have tried different dishes, and everything has been delicious. The interior is spacious, has very good decorations, and low noise we can always easily talk at dinner. Nice lion sculptures adorn the entrance. Good music.

4 of us had dinner at simply Pasteur the other evening and split all of the dishes so we were able to try many. Everything was great; good quality, good tasting, nicely presented. Ambience is an upscale tropical feel. The fish of the day was especially tasty. When we heard fried we thought it would be plain but it was nicely seasoned with a light sauce. Their menu easily accommodates gluten free dining.

Excellent food. Lovely ambience. Great service. Really a wonderful meal.
