Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Chicago

I was a bit disappointed with my order. I got the Avo Turkey sandwich. When they asked which toppings I wanted I told them everything. I figured since there was a list of about 10 free toppings to choose from this would be easier than reading them all out loud.They nodded so I thought they understood. However when I opened it up it only had the default toppings (turkey, avocado, cucumber, mayo). I ate it, but I was unhappy because I expected it to have lettuce, tomato, mustard, giardiniera, etc which are all included in the toppings list.

It’s fine for lunch if you’re on the pier, and since it’s a chain, you know what you’re gonna get. However, this location is always very slow and they tend to be out of a lot of ingredients often.

I ordered a sandwich got nothing right on it. lady in front of my specified she was allergic to mushroom but they continued to put it on her sandwich. the other worker looked annoyed so i didnt want to bother, seems like hes used to it smh

Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. Visited on 10/8/2022 around 9pm and the young man at the front completely ignored us and walked past us when we asked to take an order. When we did take our order he ignored us the first time we had to repeat our order several times. Turned his back on us. And was talking so low we could hardly hear him, rolled his eyes when asked to repeat. Women at the front cashier was great. Definitely Not coming back
