P.f. Chang's To Go - Chicago

Came in to grab a to-go order to take back to my hotel. Food was good and the guy behind the counter (I think his name was Ian) was awesome!

Veto greeted us right away and explained the different choices. We had some great spicy chicken with rice. They have a small sitting area in case you west to eat there but most people get take out. That's what we did. Excellent food. Highly recommend

Good entrance view My visit to PF Chang’s at Woodfield Mall left me with a positive impression. The restaurant’s entrance made a good first impression, and the overall setup and decoration added to the ambiance.I had the pleasure of trying their lettuce wrap and egg noodles with tofu dishes. Both were well-prepared and enjoyable. The lettuce wrap, with its fresh and crisp lettuce leaves, provided a delightful contrast to the flavorful filling. The egg noodles with tofu were a satisfying choice, with the tofu perfectly cooked and the noodles seasoned just right.While the experience was good, I would have appreciated more detail about the flavors, presentation, and any standout elements that made my visit memorable. Nonetheless, PF Chang’s at Woodfield Mall appears to be a solid choice for a tasty meal in a pleasant setting.

I must say, on a gloomy rainy day you expect people’s attitude to be bit sour than normal. Fortunately, Veto dispels this idea. The energy made me feel at home and brightened my day. Not only did he make me enjoy the experience, he also made me put PF Changs in my schedule for tomorrow for lunch. If anyone deserves praise and advancement, it’s Veto. And that’s a hill I’m willing to die on on any given Sunday. Cheers

Veto always show great customer service everytime I come in to pick up an order. He makes sure I’m in and out fast. And if there is a wait on my order, he communicates clearly how much longer the food will take. The food is always great and cooked to perfection!
