Chicago Pita Kitchen

Dropped in to check if they made fresh pocket pita there. Sadly they do not but they do have a great assortment of kebabs and gyros that are delicious! Hoping to try the special lamb sandwich here on the weekend soon!

I highly recommend the chicken kebabs. I ate my whole meal before I got home. They have friendly clean and fast service. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Just one word...GLORIOUS! The price is more than fair and you definitely get a generous amount for what you order. It took a few phone calls to get through and order and on top of that, I had to wait a minute, but you know what? I called during the lunch rush so they were busy but they had my order fresh ready when I picked it up, a plain gyro with sauce, fried mushrooms and baklava. My only regret was that I didn't take pictures of the meal like I normally do. It all smelled SO good that I went back to the office and started eating. I do plan to come back and try something different next time I am in the area. Oh, and the stuff is friendly!

Only issue I have is that I ordered food to be delivered to my girlfriend at her job since I had to get ready for work and paid over the phone. The delivery then charged her a second time claiming that it wasn't paid for. She tried to go back a couple dayslater and denied reimbursement because she had tipped the driver as well so the totals were different as I had tipped adifferent amount. The food is great so I still order there, but refuse to tip that driver again.

Food is great. I absolutely love it. My only complaint is every time the guy answers the phone he screws up my order. If the female answers, it is always spot on. The delivery guy really needs to stop answering the phone. When we try to order from myoffice, if he answers we just hang up, and go some place else.
