Restaurant bewertenI have never had a smooth experience here. When you order food, add at least 10 minutes to the estimated time they give you. I'm at work, when I place an order and am given an estimated time, I try to be there at the estimated time to add a 10 15 minute wait on top of that cuts into the limited time I have to not work.They accept orders even when not open and give a 10 15 minute wait time. I placed an order at 9am and as of 9:28, I still don't have my food and the doors aren't even unlocked. When they are open, you see at least 10 employees wandering around, laughing. Nobody checking what the delay is. I would say customer service is a joke, but there is none. Call the number, nobody answers.
They created their own ordering software and it's a 50/50 shot it'll work for you. Took more than an hour to order and get our food.
By far one of the worst locations I've been to. The workers were walking around eating food from the different stations, the chefs were scratching their heads while cooking. I can't help but think this place is a walking health violation.
Nice idea, but the food never comes out fresh and the service isn’t great.
Ordered from Hawaiian Bros. Food was quick and portion sizes were generous. Pierre was absolutely welcoming, personable and made sure that we were taken care of.
