Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Today was the biggest disappointment in popeyes. Usually we look forward to the hot juicy tasty chicken. However when my husband came home there were 9 pieces of wings that were cold a nd puny. One breast dry. 2 thighs with hardly any meat. What is going on. We come there every time we get our monthly groceries. This was sad. I don't see us returning any time soon.

Since opening, chicken taste has changed and not always hot. Biscuits seem to have changed in taste Aldo. Great at first, now not so sure.

They let truck driers walk thru the drive thru when lobby is closed!Thank you Kevin Kelly !

I just stopped by there on my way to work and had trouble locating the sauce selection, well, apparently it 's some kind of rule that they don 't have to tell the customer what sauces they offer over the speaker now. I asked to speak to the manager because I thought that it would be resolved because I thought that was really rude of the girl over the loud speaker, and the manager came to the window and she was more rude than the girl over the loudspeaker. Now, I think that the customer should always come first and that is a golden rule in the restaurant business. If you 're going to have a restaurant run it right and treat the customer like they are your last customer because we are the ones who make you or break you remember that. I will be calling corporate!

June 25, 2023.I ordered at 6 45 pm. From ordering until i puck up my order was disappointing. I ordered by drive through. The lady who took my order told me to wait at the door side in my car. I waited more than 19 min. I went inside to chech why i was forgotten. They forgot my order.
