The food was nothing short of amazing; the steaks were cooked to perfection, incredibly tender, and bursting with flavor. The sides and appetizers were equally delightful, complementing the main course perfectly. What truly stood out, however, was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel like valued guests throughout the entire evening. From the moment we were seated to the final bite of dessert, the service was top-notch. Overall, Ruth's Chris Steak House is a haven for steak enthusiasts and those who appreciate outstanding service. It's an experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable and delicious dining experience.

Been going to this establishment for years. Have a wine locker there. Went late Friday night to sit at the bar to have a quick dinner. Turned away because of dress code. Meanwhile people are walking out in t shirts and casual clothing. The hostess mid drift was showing and not dresses appropriately It's always been that way. The manager was rude. I will clear my locker and never visit this restaurant again. Went down the street to Annie Gunns and had a 5 meal with excellent service. If you want a high quality meal with excellent service go about 1/4 mile away and visit Annie Gunns.
Hubby and I were on a staycation and decided to try this restaurant. We ordered $250 in food. Both appetizers tasted like nothing but lemon juice, ahi tuna and lobster. The $130 steak for two that we ordered was pulled off the bone and was well done and not medium rare as we ordered, and the loaded baked potatoes that were $13 a piece came with nothing but a soggy potato. No cheese, chives, not a hint of sour cream. Never again. Edit: We were very well taken care of after speaking with the manager and we had a follow up today via email for the issues. What we will say is that they do make sure to take care of customers when service is not the best. We are very pleased with the outcome and appreciate the reach out. We definitely will try them out again and they went above and beyond.
