Sibley's -b-q - Chester

We enjoyed Sibleys very much. It was our first night in town. We moved all day and were ready for a good meal. The BBQ was delicious, like the vegetables we ordered. Our waitress was really friendly and I'd go back to see her again. I felt like a good friend. We will definitely go back to enjoy another good meal safely.

The service was great, very friendly staff and very attentive. The food was less than impressed. The brisket was very overcooked and extremely dry, the Okra tasted as if it was frozen and only deep roasted, it had little to no crunch, and the beans tasted like a can of bush beans. The atmosphere was mostly good, it is an open plan with a bunch of tables bundled together in the middle of the room.

Big BBQ and low prices. Prices have risen like the other restaurant, but the rise is not so much. About $12 for a plate of food. Same size plate, with smaller portions is $15 in Richmond. A Chester tradition for decades. And if the locals love the food, it's a good sign that you will. In my last trips to here have 4 people each loved the food were impressed

Great family restaurant. Eat or run. I have a family package for pulled pork, rolls and two sides. It was a lot of food for 4 and cost less than $25. The grill was moist and smokey. The sides were also tasty, my favorite was the beans with tomatoes. If you like grill, try it.
