Mcdonald's - Chester

I had sat before a week to mcdonald, when I picked up my order, they gave my job to someone else, I had to keep them my reception several times only for them to forget and then turn around him and instead of a double quarter pound I got a quarter cut, which was obviously for someone else, and my double cheese burger was cold and broth was hard denied, I could not eat it before I won't be back soon.

I wasted $23 on a disappointing meal. I waited in my car for 15 minutes while three other cars were served from the other lane. When I finally placed my order, I was told to wait again. After another 5 minutes, my order arrived, but when I checked it on the road, I found that everything was cold. The fries were greasy and cold, the burgers were unappetizing, and the bun was burnt. I haven't been to McDonald's in months, and now I understand why! The staff was not very friendly either. It's frustrating to waste $23 and fuel sitting in line for such a poor experience.

Nice McDonald's. We went late on Saturday night after wedding and the food was fresh and hot. If this is how it is all the time, I will definitely visit again.

After ordering our food, a short time later a lady who I assume was the manger told us our order was not correct and she was having it remade. Got our food a few minutes later and she threw in an apple pie for the trouble. I would have just been happy for catching the mistake in the order, but thank you for the free pie.
