Buffalo Wild Wings - Chester

Food tasted strange last two visits and we made sure to order something different the second visit. Most drinks we tried to order were unavailable. Chopped Salad had canned chicken on it which you wouldn't expect from a chicken restaurant. Server was great but food took entirely too long for every table in the restaurant. The location is spot on but that's all they got going for them. We will travel to colonial heights next time.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. After standing at the front for twenty minutes having several employees including the manager walk past us with no response to questions or even someone will be with u in a minute. And it not like they were that busy. Employee’s to worried about whats on there phone to do there job. Saw a guy ask 2 different employees for a glass of water 4 different times and still didn’t have it when I left.

Today's experience was quite great! When I and my friend visited this BWW, we were not impressed. The situation seemed very short and there were perhaps 3 tables in the family dining area. Tonight we sat immediately in the first dinner hour and the food was a good quality. It took a bit for us to get our drinks, but we quickly realized that there was really only a young waitress on our side, so we understood. She was great! Everything we needed was there for us. We suspect that they have called in some company management or something because there were a few gentlemen who jump in and help if needed. The music was also a big factor today. Everything together was just a good mood tonight and I hope it goes on! We're coming back!

Samantha, my waitress, was wonderful. Unfortunately, the cooking staff left unexpectedly and the manager had to cook our food that kept us waiting for a while. I didn't mind because I was in big company and Samantha kept us informed. The food was great when it arrived.

Nice staff. A special host was a wonderful young man. Very pleasant. The hostess was fine, but they were usually hard to talk. Not rude, but preoccupied. As I said, the young man was the experience with a smile on his face. He deserved the tip I gave him, more I just don't have any more money on me.
