Restaurant bewertenRestaurant within the game of Caribbean pirates. beautiful location and menu that remained interesting even if not more complete as once. adults about 40,00 , children about 23,00Facilities fast and well cared for the choice of wines.
Very nice frames. The meal was very good and the service was pleasant! However, the price is fairly high (equity 40€ per dish).
We were so looking forward to visiting this restaurant but we were massively disappointed! There were poor menu choices and only one option for a vegetarian for starter and one for main!! We skipped a starter and just went for an overpriced main!! No sides were on the menu. The vegetarian curry came with no rice or fries the beef was a small portion with peppers and a small half coconut shell of sweet potato mash! We ordered three drinks of punch … which arrived (after me asking) , after the food was served! Poor experience, not the usual Disney standards, poor service, very expensive …. Definitely won’t be going back ! 3 main meals and 3 drinks were €147 absolute day light robbery !!!
We had been booked in for months and expected a good experience; how wrong can you be! We were seated (after a 30 min wait after our booking time? firstly next to a waterfall which was so noisy we couldn’t hear each other speak and was splashing dirty water all over us. Asked to move and was told no, so asked to speak to a manager and miraculously a table was available. We were moved next to a filthy dirty table with food all over the floor. The roof was dripping on us and after 20 mins no one had taken our drinks order never mind the food so I called over a waitress and asked for a refund as we’d seen waiters walking past with food and it looked horrible swimming in grease and water, not our thing at all. The manager was so rude, stating we’d never find a table anywhere and I said we’d take our chances. After 2 hours there and not even a drink we were refunded by a rude receptionist and left. The dirty floor and table were still there. Walked straight into cafe agrabah and had a lovely meal. Captain Jacks is dirty with awful service and a leaking roof avoid!
This restaurant was dreadful. It was an hour before we got a drink. The set menu was awful and when the food arrived it was tasteless We asked for our bill before our dessert arrived as we couldn’t face being there any longer I was looking to going but was sadly disappointed
