Restaurant bewertenMe and my girlfriend stayed the night in the hotel, so we booked Redmond’s for dinner. We both ordered the sirloin steak cooked medium. The steak was cooked perfect and it was rested perfect but when I tried a piece it was really chewy which indicates a cheap cut of meat so we wasn’t too happy with that because it was around £25 per steak. We could have went to one of the local pubs in the area for a lot cheaper. A good place to eat in that area is a pub 2 mins away from the hotel it’s called **** o barton try Sunday lunch there we really enjoyed it.
Dining experience was very disappointing..........certainly not the fine dining experience we expected. Breakfast also poor. Management were helpful but that didn’t change the quality of the food . Would not re visit

Redmonds restaurant service was poor, took too long and waiters/waitresses spend to much time talking which delays food coming out we were in there for nearly two hours or more and continuously reminding about our food not arrived yet.
