Dunkin' Donuts - Chesapeake

I went to this place yesterday because my mom had an appointment. My normal, this is the 2 for 5 bacon egg n cheese croussant with a large ice cream coffee. Take the cash of my vouchers. I only knew later that my order came with the coupons more than if I didn't. I've been calling since yesterday, no answer. I also had 1 streak on my sandwiches. I'm staying with my George Washington Hwy. Always Fanatic service. The cashier charged me $3.79 for every sandwich.

My favorite DDD. Great employees who always welcome me with a smile and a friendly conversation.

Staff rude. Mobile app order takes longer and longer than wait in the line. Won?t refund if you have an order that was wrong and returned food. I'll take my business to Wawa or Starbucks.

Double chocolate donuts and blueberry donuts are always a hit!! But some sour cream cakes donuts added to change it a little

Stopped here at 1:35pm on a Saturday (9.19.2020) and they were out of sesame bagels, cider donuts and pumpkin donuts. On top of that the girl working the drive threw window had terrible customer service skills. It wasn't even busy and she kept trying to rush us along and messed up our order.
