Chuck E. Cheese - Chesapeake

I was pleasantly surprised at how updated it was. You don't really hear much about Chuck E Cheese much anymore. The manager at the front had a great attitude, genuinely friendly. The person at the door shouldn't be there, she was on her phone the entire time, sometimes startled when someone walked up.The birthday party manager was great, kind. The spill sounded good, but the actions lacked. No one brought ice cream cups, no one directed you to the ticket blaster when time. There just wasn't any service When the birthday manager did the contract t she said we will be around to check on yall. No one came except to say 30 minutes the time is up. And legitimately said that in passing.The music was low for the chuck e cheese birthday section. That was disappointing.The pizza was yummy! The decorations were great.Service though.... disappointed.

Nice and clean place. Haven't been to one in years. Salad bar very good, wings ok, pizza good flavor those crust was a little wimpy. Temperature in place need to be about 7 or 8 degrees warmer.

It seems like they got rid of some of the arcade machines. It's a little sparse looking with the game selection and the total amount of games available. The food aka the pizza was consistently Chuck e cheese pizza taste of the same as I remembered years ago ? the kids had a great time I'm sure they would have given it a five-star review

I booked my daughter's party online and even though the representative missed some details to tell me,like making the last changes a day or two before it finalized,I got there and they took care of us I was little disappointed though they didn't have paper in the photo booth I really wanted my daughter to have a sketch done on her birthday but at least for that amount of money all the games should be available but weren't.But because of the manager and customer service it's a five for me.

We had a great time ! Staff was very friendly! Not many people , so we were free to roam from game to game easily!
