Many of the exercise machines don't appear to be overly crowded during the week.

Now for a more detailed review: **Equipment:** The gym boasts a wide variety of cardio and weight machines, and I've noticed two or three new machines added since I joined. The staff is diligent in maintaining and replacing equipment, and I've never had to wait long to use anything, even when it's busy. There are numerous classes offered throughout the week, and Sofia leads the popular Milon program. I've never participated in a class myself, but they are held either in the gym or in dedicated studio rooms. From what I've seen during morning classes, the PTs are enthusiastic and responsive to members, helping us achieve great results. **Swimming Pool:** The facility includes a good swimming pool, which I don't use often, but it offers many classes and three swimming lanes. I’m not sure if they're designated for young children. **Personal Experience:** I've formed wonderful friendships with many of the PTs, including Kieran (the fitness manager), Ben, Jess, Harry, and Sofia. They are incredibly knowledgeable, and even when busy, they always make time to chat with members. If they notice someone is unsure or at risk of injury, they will approach with helpful advice. **Atmosphere:** The positive and lively atmosphere here is a big draw for me, which is why I would travel back to this gym, even if I moved away. **Pricing:** As a full member, depending on ongoing promotions, you can expect to pay between £45 and £55. If you visit the gym more than three times a week, a full membership is definitely more cost-effective than the pay-as-you-go option. I signed up through a promotion to waive the joining fee, and it seems these promotions are frequent, so it's worth inquiring. Considering the quality of the gym and the staff, I believe this gym offers excellent value for your money.

The pool is stunning, the changing rooms are excellent, and the background music is lovely. I give it a perfect 10/10!
