Copa Of Cheltenham

Family birthday lunch. Two of us had the chicken, bacon and coleslaw sandwich but as one of us is allergic to mayonnaise we ordered one without the coleslaw. Unfortunately it turned out to be a chicken mayonnaise sandwich so had to be sent back. Staff were understanding and asked what we'd like instead, ordered cheese toastie which we had to chase and didn't arrive until the rest of us had pretty much finished eating. Couldn't see or taste any bacon. Staff were friendly but we won't be rushing back.

I always only give 4 stars max, as I believed perfection was unattainable, but this evening the staff at Copa excelled themselves. The food (bacon cheese burger) was delicious, though I'd prefer the coleslaw separate to my burger Drinks were reasonably priced too, but it was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff that was 5 Well done guys, I'll definitely be back...

Good range of beers which were not expensively priced. I did not think the nuts (bar snacks) offered great value. £3 for a small pot. When I asked for the pot to be filled to the top was told that is the measure which was disappointing. Next time I am in Cheltenham I might visit again but certainly not 'top of the list ' in light of this. Other pubs offer the same but with much better value.

Bar staff friendly and welcoming. Nice atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks. Will definitely visit again.

Great place to eat and drink. Staff are all friendly and amazing. Would highly recommend
