Restaurant bewertenWe came here (13/07/2019) with a virgin experience that was a Christmas gift. I know it took a while to book! my first thoughts: the place looks beautiful, not sure what it's about. we had a nice table at the window. I had to start the cured mackerel, salad of duck confit leg for net, reis pudding. my friend had chicken liver parfait, 8oz rump steak and rice pudding. we also shared a bottle of wine. the eating was great it couldn't make a bit of mistakes (was fantastic.) the outstanding part here was the service. the gentleman waiter was attentive, friendly and made it really a great atmosphere, so many thanks for it. would recommend this restaurant!
First they had trouble finding our reservation, but they accommodated our group at the last minute on a busy Friday night and gave us a very good table. They could have been difficult, but they were welcoming and helpful instead. At first sight the prices seem reasonable and dare I say even cheap for the place! Until you realise the portions are a bit on the smaller side, still you get good value for money. It was a bit odd that you don’t get breads or anything to munch on while you wait. It was a relaxed dining experience which is pleasant, but it does mean you wait around for a bit without anything to eat. The porterhouse steak was good and our friend really enjoyed the beef wellington. The beet salad was great. The house wine wasn’t bad, spend a bit more and go for the reserve. Overall a nice dining experience. Will return.

Excellent food, great service, good atmosphere. all very recommended. only reservations is to simplify menus as it stands 11 is much too confusing for the server and the customers.
Eating is really nice, but the restaurant is too tidy! we are arranged to sit next to the stairs. that is too small and feel constantly interrupted by the gast, and I have written that this is the birthday of my man, I want to write a dessert with “ Happy birthday”, when I book the table and in the rule the writer holds it until the dessert comes. but our writer asked my man when we literally sit. it really hurts me.
