Taco Bell - Chelsea

Order online to our favorite location I've never been so disappointed. I will never order from this location again. My cheesy gordita crunch was falling apart so I asked to have it remade, got an attitude from the girl who made it. This time the softshell was cold and the cheese wasn't melting. So I go back up, what looks like the manager shirts is who made it this time.Actually hot and somewhat edible but the hard taco part is stale. Our chips were stale. My husband got the crunch wrap therewas hardly anything inside of it. they were very unprofessional about the remakes. No apology or kindness at all. I'll neverbe back here.

I went to the drive thru and ordered the Favorites box. It was too much food. It came with a taco, a burrito, cinnamon twists and a drink. I couldn't eat all of it. The burrito was really good the next day when I reheated it in my toaster oven. Theyoung lady at the window was very nice and spoke with me like I was an actual person. She made my day. Some other fast foodrestaurants basically hand you the food and never speak or make eye contact.

Through the ride to order some food they spoke to me to order more than what I wanted, what was good, I asked three times for sauce and fork and napkin? Give me my food with a drink in a straw in a box on a tray I said is the napkins in there and my sauce? Yes, ma? Are you all? guess what no sauce no napkins nothing but my burrito and a taco and cinnamon Twist I? m mad

I celebrated my birthday tonight in this beautiful place. We had a fantastic evening and the place was undoubtedly the reason for the fertile evening. The crew helped gracefully, the cooking was delicious and my friends were very happy. We will definitely visit again for more joyful events. Thank you.

Previous review was 2 stars for terrible service and quality of food. They held this review over several re-tries of this place. Today I am delighted to increase the star rating for 3 stars, as today the team has done a wonderful job in preparing my and my staff food. Also were able to get the $5 box in an actual $5 container box as advertised. The box helps to contain the food better than put everything in a bag. Will increase stars when Store proves to continue to provide a good service.
