Bb's Coffee Muffin - Chelmsford

Whenever I go shopping in Chelmsford, I almost always get a coffee, either to enjoy in the shop or to take away. I have visited many places, but this one is definitely my favorite. Their mocha frappé is fantastic, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Thank you very much.

When i ordered food from your shop, a new lady that had recently joined you served me, she wasnt wearing a mask and she wasn't very polite. I ordered a flat white coffee and a ham and cheese TOASTIE. The ham and cheese toastie wasn't event toasted and was cold and my flat white coffee was on the edge of being cold. I WON'T BE COMING BACK

We sat down with our coffee and cake and they cordeneded us off, as in someone got a barrier and put it around our table, they then cleaned the rest of the cafe. this was a good hour before the place was due to shut. the coffee was bland machine fodder and the cake was a muffin and was no good at all, it was very expensive too.

Stopped off here again for a bite to eat while visiting Chelmsford shopping district and again the experience was good. Staff friendly and cake good, what more do you need?

Do you want to have a quiet coffee in a peaceful surrounding. Do you want to be served with staff that have attention to detail and give you the chance to choose what you want....... then this is definitely NOT the place to be. The staff are loud. You can hear their conversations even outside the shop. They ask customers questions in a loud arrogant tone. There are good points. Its clean. Accessible for wheelchairs. Nice outside table area. Good coffee. Its just ruined by the staff. This is the perfect place to come if your in a large party as you may have a chance of drowning out the staff. And if I want a muffin....I,ll ask for one. I don't need a complete run down of the menu. I can decide if I'm hungry or not. Dont be pushy. I can honestly say I won't be going back. Back to Starbucks any day of the week.
