Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Zaxbeys do you think this is funny ???Not only did the one of three employees make me wait five minutes to get my order. I and another car were the only two in line.She made me pull up and wait another five minutes for my food that was a single order.While the car behind me had two visible people in the vehicle and food in thirty seconds.I asked for extra sauce and paid for it. THERES NO SAUCE AT ALL. Not even what is supposed to come with the order.My food is shaken all over the box (I’m ocd it doesn’t move in my car for that purpose I hate my food touching). I only could stand one bite of the stale cold bread.This is unacceptable, unbelievable, and reportable. I can’t even trust this chicken is done. And every place for New Years is now closing.Get a whole new staff. Not the first time either.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL customer service, EXTREMELY good food. I love this place and will NEVER stop coming here, thank you zaxbys! Take my dang 5 stars!Vegetarian options: Fried pickles is a good option for that, I got a chicken sandwich but the fried pickles are REALLY good.Kid-friendliness: Staff are EXTREMELY friendly to kids, and an amazing kids meal.

I eat here often due to working nearby. The cashiers are always really nice! I’ve noticed each time I come by the lobby is really clean too.

The food and service used to be good but now every single time me or anyone in my family has gone here they have always forgotten the sauces, the chicken tastes extremely off with a sort of fishy aftertaste, and considering how long the drive thru takes as well as the odd taste the wait and cost for the food definitely isn’t worth it. Me and everyone I know who’ve shared the same experience won’t be coming back here but we definitely recommend going to the zaxbys on Shallowford rd instead for better tasting food and better service.

Love the food. But quite literally the last 5 times I’ve ordered a salad to go, they NEVER put the dressing in the bag. Please get your stuff together!!!!
