Restaurant bewertenFor almost 6 dollars, I would expect an Oreo blizzard to be well made with a lot of Oreo. I was told by one of the staff members they are only allowed to put two pumps of Oreo. This ice cream taste so cheap and there is barely any Oreo in it. I don?t blamestaff, I think it?s corporate greed. I would never go back to Dairy Queen. It?s not delicious or high-quality. I?d rather go toChick-fil-A or go to Walmart and buy some high-quality ice cream and maybe add Don?t waste six dollars on a small blizzard withcheap ice cream and barely any cookies
Ten minutes waiting in drive through just to get up to be able to tell them my order. There was only one car in front of me. I had to wait another 3 minutes before my order was taken. Waited another 5 minutes at the window. They did not seem that busy butthe wait for a blizzard seems extraordinary.
Don't bother with other burger places. While Dairy Queen may be known for their Blizzards, their food is also top-notch. Give their burgers and cheese curds a try - you won't be disappointed. And don't forget to finish it off with a Blizard for the perfect meal.
We waited at the drive-thru for 45 minutes, despite there being only 4-5 cars in front of us. When we finally reached the ordering point, we were told to wait but ended up waiting an additional 10-15 minutes for our order to be taken. The drive-thru light went out because they were closing while we waited. We eventually received our ice cream, but two cars behind us were turned away because the restaurant closed without serving those who had been waiting for over 30 minutes. If you don't have enough staff to cover the drive-thru, it would be better to close it. We regret not choosing another restaurant.
I would not recommend this restaurant unless you are looking for a confrontational atmosphere. Today, my wife went in to order a grilled cheese for our hungry daughter while waiting for an ice cream cake that was pre-ordered but had no completion date. Upon entering, she encountered an employee who was hostile and agitated when asked to clean up the dining area. Other employees were shouting at this upset worker to clock out and leave. Recognizing the potential for violence in the hostile environment, my wife decided to leave and go back to the car. While we enjoy their ice cream cakes, we do not appreciate the added element of aggression.
