Fina Estampa - Chatsworth

My wife and I had the worst seafood experience ever at this restaurant. We ordered a fried fish dish, but the seafood was dry and tasted like it had been stored for days. When we complained to the waitress, the owner told us that's how seafood should be and that we shouldn't order it again if we don't know any better. The waitress even hinted that the owner would charge us if we continued to complain. We felt disgusted and decided to leave without finishing our meal. Avoid this restaurant at all costs to avoid a terrible dining experience. The seafood at Fina Estampa is far from fine, and the female owner is rude and dismissive of customer satisfaction.
