Wendy's - Charlotte

The Wendy's at Stonecrest shopping center, near Rea Road and I-485, is known for being a clean and friendly place to eat. The food is consistently good for Wendy's standards. As with many fast food restaurants, it's important to double check your order to ensure accuracy. On the rare occasion that there is a mistake, the staff are quick to fix it without any issues.

I came to this restaurant after leaving work late and hungry. Everything else was closed, but this place was still open. The spicy chicken sandwich I ordered came out hot and fresh, and it was amazing. It was the best spicy chicken sandwich I've had at Wendy's, to be honest. I wish all of their sandwiches were made fresh to order like that.

The food at this restaurant is equivalent to Wendy's. I usually don't get ketchup for my fries here. The service is excellent. I've had trouble with mobile app orders in the past, but the staff has been very understanding and supportive. They used to forget to include extras like cookies or frosties, but it seems like they have improved in that area lately. It's not usually busy during lunch hours.

I work nearby so I have eaten here several times for lunch, and the food is excellent every time. Never any issues with the speed of the drive thru, and my order has always been correct.
