Restaurant bewertenI'm waiting for a long time. this is the acutallu ok because his vacations and also the young lady who took my order was very nice. the problem is that the top bunge was burned on my burger black. How did they serve me? I wanted to call and they hung me up. I'll go over there tomorrow and talk to a manager. I expect a refund and a meal. that's not ridiculous.
This Northlake business place has fought for years. the service is constantly slow. employees have no courtesy, there are no greetings except the order dollar, which their order will be handed over to them in silence. food quality is bad. the last burger bought smells strangely recognized that it was understated. the chicken bugs were hot, but now taste like a meat substitute.
The woman who works in register tonight, I think she said her name is olivia, deserves to pay at least 3x what she does. she was graceful and respectful of several situations with which I heard her deal while waiting in the line that gave me a headache, and she remained completely calm and respectful in a situation that she really did not need, including a customer who deceived her and being much in her personal space. whondys should give her more money, as now, because her customer service suck everywhere except this interaction.
I wish I could give this rating zero stars! who manages this load and manages the children who are loading work in this? it's one of the most terrible wendys in charlotte by far. No one has greeted us when we are raised on the car thru. I needed them more than 10 minutes to say a word and throughout the time I saw that 4 cars left the line. eating was cold and terrible!
Waited in line for 20 mins around 10:00 pm for a door dash order got to the intercom to let the employee know I was here to pickup no one responded for 15 minutes I decided to go the 2nd window hoping someone would notice me. Decided to call the store no one picked up . I also saw people inside not caring just laughing so I finally got someone to come to the window and he pointed at the drink machine and walked alway without saying anything it’s been 10 minutes and I’m still waiting the time is now 11:06 and the person I’m doordashing for is very upset at me plz corporate have a sit down with your team members and at least tell them communication is key I understand staff is short but when I’m waiting 20+ min for someone else’s without any communication then that becomes a problem.
